Floodwater release bulletin

At 10 AM on Tuesday, July 1:

• Grand Lake elevation was 750.21 feet.
  
• Grand Lake flood pool was at 48.89 percent capacity.
  
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, four (4) floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 16,988 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
  
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,602 cfs of water through generation.
  
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 30,590 cfs.
  
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 22,599 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 629.46 feet.
  
• Lake Hudson flood pool was at 54.99 percent capacity.
  
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) floodgate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 13,606 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
  
• Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 21,870 cfs of water through generation.
  
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 35,476 cfs.
  
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 31,391 cfs.

No further gate operations are planned for today.

The last crest predictions from the United States Army Corps of Engineers were for a Grand Lake crest of 752.10 on Wednesday, June 25 and a Lake Hudson crest of 632, occurring on Tuesday, June 24.
