Floodwater release bulletin
At 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 9:
- Grand Lake elevation was 747.96 feet.
- Grand Lake flood pool was at 26.96 percent capacity.
- Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,349 cfs of water through generation.
- No floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 13,349 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 8,089 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 624.52 feet.
- Lake Hudson flood pool was at 26.76 percent capacity.
- Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 21,600 cfs of water through generation.
- No floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 21,600 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 18,133 cfs.
The last crest predictions from the United States Army Corps of Engineers were for a Grand Lake crest of 752.10 on Wednesday, June 25 and a Lake Hudson crest of 632, occurring on Tuesday, June 24.
