Floodwater release bulletin
At 3:30 PM on Wednesday, July 2:
- Grand Lake elevation was 749.42 feet.
- Grand Lake flood pool was at 41.03 percent capacity.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 7,504 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,586 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 21,090 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 9,523 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 628.61 feet.
- Lake Hudson flood pool was at 49.77 percent capacity.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) floodgate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 11,447 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Three (3) units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 21,870 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 33,317 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 21,741 cfs.
The last crest predictions from the United States Army Corps of Engineers were for a Grand Lake crest of 752.10 on Wednesday, June 25 and a Lake Hudson crest of 632, occurring on Tuesday, June 24.
