RFP 1042 Rebid (Bid Express)

The bid is due 25 August 2023 by 2:00 PM Central Time.

This Rebid to RFP 1042 extends the closing date from 25 August 2023 at 2:00 PM CT to 14 September 2023 at 2:00 PM CT. The rebid also extends the Q&A from 17 August 2023 at 10:00 AM CT to 7 September 2023 at 10:00 AM CT and should have responses posted back to the website by NLT 8 September 2023 4:30 PM CT.

 

Please note; If your organization has already provided a proposal in the original RFP, you will not be required to resubmit. Simply reply to the Bid Announcement that your proposal and cost are up to date.

 

This is a sealed bid process. Bids will only be accepted through the Bid Express website at www.bidexpress.com. Look for GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority RFP 1042.

 

You must be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP packet. There is also a fee required to submit your Bid/Proposal.

 

Q&A through the Bid Express website through 17 August 2023, 10:00 AM CT. No questions will be allowed through phone, fax, or email.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
