RFP Crane Hoist and Inspection for HYDRO and GREC Locations

The bid is due 20 June 2024 2:00 PM Central Time. Bids will only be accepted through Bid Express Website at www.bidexpress.com. No Bids will be accepted via phone, fax, or email. Look for RFP Crane Hoist and Inspection for HYDRO and GREC Locations under GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority. You must be registered to download the RFP. There is no cost to register, but a fee to upload your proposal.

 

There will not be a site visit with this RFP.

 

There will be a Q&A through 2:00 PM CT 13 June 2024. All questions must be processed through the Bid Express Website. No questions will be accepted via phone, fax, or email.

 

The Grand River Energy Center Chouteau, Oklahoma currently has Contracts in place for Crane Hoist Inspection (43794) and Crane Hoist Repair (43796) that will expire in March of 2025. This Contract will encumber those 2 once they expire in March or 2025.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
