Grand River Dam Authority Floodwater Release Bulletin
May 26, 2020
At 10 AM on Tuesday, May 26:
- Grand Lake elevation was 745.79 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, three (3) main spillway gates and three (3) east spillway gates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 30,624 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,183 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 43,807 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 38,859 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 622.09 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, fourteen (14) gates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 26,722 cfs of water.
- Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 30,240 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through generation and floodgates totaled 56,962 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 61,458 cfs.
