Grand River Dam Authority News Release
For immediate release: 06/11/19 At 11:30 AM on Tuesday, June 11:
- Grand Lake elevation was 753.84 feet. Daily target elevation for June 11 is 744 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) main spillway gates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 1,277 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,694 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 14,971 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 15,286 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 634.68 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) gate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 339 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 32,400 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 32,739 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 15,915 cfs.
