Grand River Dam Authority News Release
For immediate release: 07/24/19
At 1 PM on Wednesday, July 24:
• Grand Lake elevation was 746.75 feet. Daily target elevation for July 24 is 744 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) main spillway gate was open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 743 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,176 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 13,919 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 14,799 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 627.03 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) gate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 292 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 34,560 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 34,852 cfs.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 14,118 cfs.
