Grand River Dam Authority News Release
For immediate release: 08/15/19

At 3 PM on Thursday, August 15:
• Grand Lake elevation was 745.48 feet. Daily target elevation for August 15 is 743 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) east spillway gate was open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 659 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 12,682 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 13,341 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 9,964 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 623.30 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one (1) gate was open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 261 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 34,290 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 34,551 cfs.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 13,649 cfs.
