GRDA News Release: Floodwater Release Bulletin

At 10AM on Friday, September 27:

• Grand Lake elevation was 745.36. Target elevation for September 27 is 742.21 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) main spillway gates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 12,689 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Six (6) units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 12,273 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 24,962 cfs.
• Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 9,618 cfs.

• Lake Hudson elevation was 624.75 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.
• At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two (2) gates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 13,381 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
• Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 32,400 cfs of water through generation.
• Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 45,781 cfs.
• Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 38,668 cfs.
