NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND WAIVER REQUEST ST. JAMES CLUB

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 9:30 AM regarding the commercial application for St. James Club. The meeting will be held at GRDA’s Ecosystems & Education Center, 420 E Highway 28, Langley, OK 74350.

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public comments regarding the addition of 5 new boat slips to two of their existing docks, relocate 9 existing PWC’s and rotate the placement of the existing breakwater. The applicant also requests a waiver for the 1/3 of the cove rule for the additional slips on one of the docks. The project is located in Delaware County, OK.

GRDA wishes to solicit comments on this proposed project from all interested individuals and businesses. If you would like to submit written comments or have any

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
