Visit us at the 2020 Tulsa Boat Show
Jan 21, 2020
Power for Progress… a weekly column from the Grand River Dam Authority.
Once again, it is almost time for the Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show and, once again, the Grand River Dam Authority invites you to drop by its booth during your visit.
The tradition continues in 2020 with GRDA officers present at the booth to share important information about boating, lake rules and regulations, water safety, life jacket usage, upcoming lake events and several other topics.
During the past several years, GRDA has worked hard to upgrade its boat show presence and this year’s booth will be no exception. Whether you need to pick up a map, a copy of the lake rules or just have a question for our officers or lake operations team, be sure to stop by.
Of course, there are plenty of events coming up in 2020, including Kyle Williams Safe Boating Classes, the annual Rush for Brush workshops, summer camps for kids and more. Our team can provide information on all these topics.
The boating season of 2020 will mark GRDA’s 80th year of caring for the waters of Grand Lake, while also working to provide a safe and enjoyable destination for all lake enthusiasts. Downstream, GRDA has also been caring for the waters of Lake Hudson and the W.R. Holway Reservoir for decades. And, since 2016, the scenic Illinois River. If any of these locations are on your visit list for 2020, you owe it to yourself to visit the GRDA booth during your Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show visit.
We’ll see you there!
