At 8:45 AM on Tuesday, April 28:
- Grand Lake elevation was 745.66 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two main spillway gates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 16,834 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,560 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 30,394 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 22,887 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 619.86 feet.
- No floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam.
- Four units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 32,400 cfs of water through generation.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 31,785 cfs.
