Amendment to Solicitation RFP 63.1203 Generator Breakers changes the closing date from 16 October 2023 at 5:00 PM CT to 27 October 2023 at 5:00 PM CT. No other specifications will change. A copy of the attached can also be found on the Bid Express Website within the noted RFP#.

This Bid is due 16 October 2023 at 5:00 PM Central Time.

This is a Sealed Bid Process, and all proposals must be submitted through the Bid Express Website. Go to www.bidexpress.com either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority and RFP 63.1203. No proposal will be accepted through Phone, Fax, or email.

There will be a Q&A through 9 October 2023, 5:00 PM CT to allow for answer to be posted NLT 11 October 2023 5:00 PM CT. All Q&A will be processed through Bid Express and will not be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
