Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Eric Pipkin at eric.pipkin@grda.com, on or before 10:00 AM Central Time on 15 August 2025. No questions may be submitted orally.
A non-mandatory job site examination / pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on 13 August 2025 at 1:00 PM Central Time at The O&M Office Building (TSE Building) 8142 HWY 412B Chouteau, Okla, 74337. You will enter the South Gate to the Facility and note the RFP and myself to Law Enforcement at the Gate. They will either direct you, or have you wait for an escort by myself or one of the Department staff. Please email me at eric.pipkin@grda to confirm your attendance. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend will not impact GRDA’s consideration and evaluation of that Bidder’s Bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.
