RFP 7722 REBID (Bid Express)

The Bid Submission Deadline is December 18, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.

The Question Submission Deadline is December 16, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website.  There will NOT be a Public Opening.

A non-mandatory job site examination / pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:30 AM Central Time at Salina Pump Storage Project, 620 S. 4437 Kenwood – 4 Miles E. on Kenwood Road & 1 Mile South, Salina, OK 74365.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until December 16, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.  Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process.  All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express.  Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 7722.  You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP.  There is a fee to upload your Quote/Proposal.  NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email.
