The Bid Submission Deadline is December 18, 2025 at 3:00pm Central Time.

The Question Submission Deadline is December 15, 2025 at 3:00pm Central Time.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website.  There will NOT be a Public Opening.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit on Monday, December 8, 2025, 10:00am Central Time—LOCATION: Grand River Energy Center – TSE Building – 8142 Hwy 412B Chouteau, OK 74337.  Please procced to check in at South Gate Entrance.  Procurement Officer will meet attendees at the South Gate Entrance and escort attendees to the TSE Building.  Please wear appropriate PPE i.e. FR clothing, Safety Toe Shoes, Ear Protection, and Hard Hats. A Sign In Sheet will be provided and Required.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until Monday December 15, 2025 at 3:00pm Central Time.  Questions will NOT be answered via phone, mail, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process.  All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express.  Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 8395.  You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP.  There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal.  NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email
