RFP 8644 (Bid Express)

The Bid Submission Deadline is February 12, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time.

The Question Submission Deadline is February 10, 2026 at 10:00am Central Time.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website.  There will NOT be a Public Opening.

A mandatory job site examination / pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on February 5, 2026 at the GRDA Transmission & Engineering Headquarters, 635 Hwy 69A, Pryor, OK 74362 at 10:00 AM Central Time. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend will disqualify them from being able to submit a bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process.  All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express.  Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 8644.  You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP.  There is a fee to upload your Quote/Proposal.  NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email.
