A mandatory job site / pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM CT, located at GRDA Engineering & Technology Center, 9933 E 16th St. Tulsa, OK 74128. Please contact jaclyn.porter@grda.com to notify of attendance.

 

The bid is due October 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Time.

Question and Answers Deadline: October 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time.

Cancellation

After careful review and evaluation, we have determined that the RFQ will not be awarded at this time.

Following our assessment of the scope of work, we are considering revisions and anticipate the possibility of reissuing the RFQ for rebid in the future. Should this occur, all interested vendors, will have the opportunity to submit a proposal under the revised scope.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
