RFQ 3551 (Bid Express)

The Bid Submission Deadline is March 25, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time.

The Question Submission Deadline is March 18, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time.

Please visit https://www.bidexpress.com to view the solicitation documents, ask questions and submit a bid.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website.  There will NOT be a Public Opening.

 

Questions can be submitted within the RFQ at the Bid Express website. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process.  All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express.  Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 3551.  You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFQ.  There is no fee to view the solicitation however, there is a fee to upload/submit your Quote/Proposal.  NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
