If your company has not submitted a vendor registration form Vendor-Registration-Payee-Application-2.pdf (grda.com) and IRS form W-9 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf in the previous 12 months, complete those forms and return them with your bid.

This is a Sealed Bid Process.  All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express.  Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 4091.  You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFQ.  There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal.  NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email
