RFQ 531 (Bid Express)

Bid opening date for this RFQ is 14 September 2023 at 1:00 PM CT.

Bid Opening will take place at the Bid Express website. There will not be a Public Opening.

 

Questions can be submitted within the RFQ at the Bid Express website until 11 September 2023 at 3:00 PM CT. Answers will be published NLT 4:00 PM CT on 12 September 2023. Question will not be answered via Phone, Fax, or Email.

 

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals must be submitted through Bid Express. Go to www.bidexpress.com look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 445. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the RFQ. There is a $40.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
