At 12:30 PM on Thursday, July 9:
- Grand Lake elevation was 746.26 feet.
- At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one main spillway gate was open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 7,088 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.
- Six units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 12,995 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 20,083 cfs.
- Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 16,646 cfs.
- Lake Hudson elevation was 624.98 feet.
- No floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam.
- Four units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 32,400 cfs of water through generation.
- Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 32,754 cfs.
- Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 20,484 cfs.
