NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND WAIVER REQUEST FOR RED ARROW MARINA RESTAURANT, LLC

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) will hold a public meeting on January 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM regarding the commercial application for Red Arrow Marina Restaurant, LLC. The meeting will be held at GRDA’s Ecosystems & Education Center, 420 E Highway 28, Langley, OK 74350.

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public comments regarding the replacement of existing docks with a proposed 18-slip dock and a 10-slip dock with two enclosed fishing wells. There are no proposed changes to the existing 7-slip dock. The applicant also requests a waiver for the 1/3 of the cove rule for all 3 docks. The project is located in Delaware County, OK.

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Authority for its annual comprehensive financial reports for twenty-one consecutive years. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a governmental agency must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized annual comprehensive financial report. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) legal requirements. A Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only.
