The question submission deadline for this RFQ is September 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM CST.

***NOTE*** There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM. The pre-bid meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn Express Meeting Room: 715 S. Country Club Road, Stillwater, OK, 74074. A site visit to the project jobsite will take place immediately after the meeting, located at 301 S. Sangre RD, Stillwater, OK 74074 – LAT. = 36.120°, LONG. = -97.104.

Vendors must attend these meetings in order to bid on the project, and a sign in sheet will be available.
